The IIIT-D (Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology-Delhi) , a Delhi government created institute, has collaborated with QUT (Queensland University of Technology) of Australia to offer PhD program in Control Theory, Robotics and Cryptography. India witnesses a surge in percentage of TOEFL takers
As per the data released by Educational testing Service (ETS), the percentage of people taking TOEFL exam in India has witnessed a surge of 7% in 2012 in comparison to 2011. In 2012, 67% of male candidates and 33% of female candidates took TOEFL test in India. 22.9 years was the total mean age for TOEFL test takers in India last year.
