The candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Students appearing for the final year of graduation in 2009 can also apply.

Course Details

The 2 year MBA Program in Media & Entertainment offers specializations in Film, Broadcasting, New and Interactive Media and Event Management.

• The programme combines the managerial tools and frame-work with an in-depth understanding of the creative processes for the media
• Specializations in Film, Broadcasting, New and Interactive Media and Event Management
• The curriculum covers marketing, finance, law, operations and in-depth understanding of production process
• First year of the Program would be conducted at Manipal University Off Campus in Bangalore covering all General Management Subjects and Media Case Studies
• Second year will be conducted at the Whistling Woods International premises at Film City, Mumbai. This will include hands-on exposure/industrial training on actual production & post production techniques, process of film making, understanding TV, Radio and other media.
