Introduced in 1995, MHROD
(Masters of Human Resource and Organizational Development)
programme provides the students a platform to step into and
carve a niche for themselves in today's challenging business
environment. The MHROD programme is perhaps the first post
graduate programme in the country for imparting expertise in the
area of human resource management and organizational
development. It is a two year full time professional programme
spread over four semester. The students are awarded masters
degree of the university of delhi on completion of the
programme. The two-year full time professional program, which is
spread over four-semesters offers the latest and most innovative
curriculum imparting to the students, the skills and qualities
required for the HR and OD managers and corporate leaders for
the future.
