Events at Power Mation Academy:

Clay Animation Workshop: Clay animation is one of many forms of stop motion animation; specifically, it is the form where each animated piece, either character or background, is "deformable", i.e. a malleable substance, usually plasticine clay. Clay animation helps make learning more fun. It encourages students to collaborate during a project. Clay animation also works on the basic principle of persistence of vision. Persistence of vision creates an illusion of movement, whereby the objects seem moving.

Acting Workshop: An animator is an actor with a pencil", goes the oldest and truest animation cliche. Acting and Animation go hand in hand. To be a good animator one needs to be a good actor. Different aspects of acting are covered during organized session times. Industry professionals are called to train students on acting.

Movie Sessions: Power Mation Academy has movie sessions where it showcases making of animated movies to students, to teach them the art of animation. These movies are entertaining, informative as well as a morale booster. The institute has a vast collection of such movies.
