The eligibility criteria for UG level program in abroad is candidate must have completed 2 years of undergraduate studies. Some universities enroll students with 1 Year Bridge Program and they have to undergo assessment for Bachelors degree.
The eligibility criterion for PG course is candidate must have completed 16 years of education (10+2+4). Some institutes do accept 15 years of formal education. The duration for MS program is 2 -3 years. However, depends on the university and college selected. The eligibility criteria for Post Graduate level of study one should have higher second class in HSC and Masters Degree the candidate requires to have First Class in Bachelors Degree (4 years only) OR First Class in Bachelors Degree (3 years in India) Plus Post Graduate Certificate or Diploma (Canadian).
All students should take up the IELTS or TOEFL exams. An IELTS band of 6.0/6.5 for Undergraduate & 6.5/7 for Postgraduate courses or a TOEFL score of 80 and above for Undergraduate and 90 and above for Post Graduate courses is desirable.
However, the job opportunity depends on the course selected. Job Placements are also offered by many Universities in Canada.
You need to select the course and university you wish to enroll. You need to apply to the universities in Canada at least 15 to 18 months before the proposed date of admission. However, you must apply for a study permit and must be granted a study permit by the Canadian High Commission.
The standardized test scores accepted by various universities are GMAT, GRE, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS. Some universities in Canada do require score on the Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL). The other documents required are Letter of Recommendation, Statement of Purpose. English proficiency test, good academic record are other major prerequisites.
However, the admission procedure differs with various institutes. All Canadian universities process applications from international students independent of one another. You need to log on the official site and apply to the universities to get enrolled. The application procedure may differ with various universities. Most of the program starts dates in an academic year, two deadlines will be offered i.e., October 15 for admissions to January and April 15 for September. Some universities will operate a rolling admissions process specifying a start date for the application process rather than a final deadline.
You need to log on the official website of the universities you wish to take admission and apply following the application requirements, process and deadlines. Complete all the requirements by the application deadline referred. You can also contact a Peer Adviser or your EA Adviser for specific application questions if required. However, the application process and requirements varies with various universities.

The eligiblity criteria is a degree in any subject at a level equivalent to a lower second class bachelors honours in the UK system.IELTS 7.0 (with a score of 7.0 in the written subskill and no less than 6.5 in any other subskill) or equivalent. No age restrictions but students must be at least 18 years of age to undertake certain clinical placements, such as Paediatrics.
