Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standardized test being administered since 1988 to facilitate Business Schools (B-Schools) to screen candidates for admission to MBA and allied programs. Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD approved MAT aptitude test as a national level test in 2003. Any B-School - national or international - can consider MAT exam scores as an admission input based on the score cards issued to the candidates. The largest test of its kind in the nation, MAT exam will continue to be your passport to over 600 B-Schools across India. The MAT May paper based test will be held on Sunday, May 07, 2017 and computer based test will be conducted from Saturday, May 13, 2017 onwards.
Eligibility Criteria for MAT May 2017:
- The minimum qualification for appearing in MAT entrance exam is graduation in any discipline from any recognized university or equivalent recognized degree.
- A final year student in any undergraduate (i.e. B.A, B.Sc., B.Com, B.Tech, etc) can also appear provisionally.
- Usually, there is a minimum percentage requirement in graduation, which is different for different MIs/university.
- There is no age bar. Job experience is not necessary.
