With regards to MBA graduate Employability, London Business School, INSEAD – France and Harvard Business School were picked out of the list as clear winners by international recruiters. Deviating from the traditional MBA report the Global 200 Business Schools Report seeks to highlight the value of MBA programs all over the world and also looks at degree’s end-consumer satisfaction.

North America dominated the report in terms of sheer numbers with 22 schools in the ranking. However, Havard Business School was the only program that can boast of employer feedback that matches that of London School of Business and INSEAD – France.

MBA graduates from Europe stood out as those who were able to innovate in the workplace and for adapting incredible management skills to the fast-paced global economy. Indian MBA graduates shone in another arena, the report’s findings uncovered that Indian’s were by far the most academically advanced.  GMAT scores from IIM – A or IIM – B were found to be amongst the highest in the world beating scores from US and Europe with ease.

Each region on the list had its own triumphs – European graduates were found to be paid the highest salary ($109,300 or Rs 59.5 lakh) beating US graduates ($101,100 or Rs 55 lakh). However, US schools beat European schools to flinders when it came to subject specialization.

The findings from this report were gathered from over 3,000 responses from employers of business school graduates. As the test sought to go past the business school/course and see the final product created, employers were asked to identify the business schools they wished to hire from.
