The Indian School of Business (ISB) has successfully concluded its final integrated placements for PGP batch of 2013 with over 95% of its integrated strength from both Hyderabad and Mohali campus were provided well-paid job offers. In total, there were 421 companies who participated in the placement process. Some of the top companies include Britannia, Dabur, HUL, Reckitt Benckiser, Ranbaxy, Google, IBM, ITC InfoTech, Wipro, KPMG etc.
ISB’s largest class which comprise of 762 students were offered 798 jobs. The average package offered to the students this year is better than the last year offers. Most of the ISB graduates opted for Consulting and Sales & Marketing roles. Some of the companies who offered them were Arvind Lifestyle Brands & Retail, Britannia Industries, Hindustan Unilever, Videocon Industries, and Reckitt Benckiser etc.
Out of 762 students in class of 2013, 741 participated in the placement process. ISB follows a lateral hiring process known as rolling placements. ISB provided facilities for the interaction session between the recruiters and the students irrespective of the location.

Several companies recruited students in significant numbers for leadership programs. Some of them include IBM India, Ranbaxy Ltd, HCL Technologies, Aditya Birla Group, Bharti Airtel, Axis Bank etc
Technology and Consulting:
The companies from consulting and technology provided significant offers to the students. About 300 offers for the technology sector were provided to the students by 53 companies which include Microsoft, Wipro, Facebook, Google, IBM, Hewlett Packard etc. The second largest recruiter was the consulting sector. There were 30 companies which made 163 offers to the students. The companies include Parthenon, McKinsey & Company, Accenture, A T Kearney and Oliver Wyman.
The financial institutions and leading banks made around 75 offers to the ISB graduates. The recruited firm included ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Delta Partners FZ LLC, Citibank NA, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and UBS AG etc.
Pharma, Healthcare and Biotech:
As many as 58 offers were made by leading players including Ranbaxy Laboratories, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Johnson & Johnson, Biocon and Novartis Pharma AG etc.
