Admission Procedure and Eligibility criteria for Distance MBA At YCMOU

Candidates who are looking for Distance MBA program at YCMOU can get the application form can be obtained from the universities study centers by paying specific amount. Candidates can purchase the MBA program prospectus with Bank of Maharashtra challan at the chosen Study Centre. Students are requested to the stamp from the study centers.

Please adhere to the following pointers mentioned below:

  • All the required documents need to be attached with the attested xerox copies and the challan (in four parts) to the admission form.
  • Get the filled admission form checked by the official from the study centre and obtain the stamp and signature of the study centre coordinator on the admission form. The correct amount of fees to the nearest branch of Bank of Maharashtra giving them the filled challan.
  • Ensure that each part of the challan is duly endorsed (with signature and Transaction Number) by the concerned officer at the branch of Bank of Maharashtra.
  • Collect three parts of the challan from Bank of Maharashtra, One part should be attached to the admission form, one part should be submitted to the study centre and one part of the challan along with a filled xerox copy of the filled admission form should be kept by you. The concerned branch of Bank of Maharashtra will retain one part of the challan.

Eligibility criteria For Distance MBA Program

Candidate must be graduated from any recognized university with at least 55%.The percentage of marks is relaxed by 5% in case of Reserved Category candidates.  Candidate also has to compulsorily appear for the entrance exam conducted by university. Candidate also has to pass out GDPI session. Eligibility for the Distance MBA course is a step in the licensure exam in a discipline that the course of three years. A candidate must have a valid Common Admission Test / MAT / GMAT / XAT score. For candidates seeking admission to MBA outside India with the university a valid GMAT score is a necessity.
