The CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination) on last Wednesday released their official examination schedule for both class ten and class twelve exams. The ICSE Examinations shall be conducted starting from February 26th of 2018 and shall end by March 28th of 2018. The ISC examinations shall be conducted starting from February 7th of 2018 and shall end by April 2nd of 2018.
From this academic year, the CISCE (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination) has completely changed their overall passing marks for both ICSE and ISC students. The pass marks for the ICSE has now updated from thirty five per cent to thirty three per cent and for the ISC students, the pass per cent has been updated from forty per cent to thirty five per cent.
In a recent press release, the board has also said that the examinations dates shall be changed if at all the election dates are announced by the Chief Election Commission of India in the upcoming days for the state. If the election dates are not released by end of this or next week, the ICSE and ISC examinations shall be conducted within the dates that are officially released at present by the CISCE.
The board shall provide with about fifteen minutes of time for the students to go through their question paper before answering them. The question paper shall be distributed to the candidates exactly at 10:45 AM and they shall start writing the answers for the same from 11 AM.
