feeling happy

finally, I start running again ...

Slept late, as usual, but managed to get up early and push myself to go out for a run. Not much, just a 15 minute slow jog and it felt great. Its so easy to get into this routine of no excercise and the excuse is always the same - no time. But the reality is that the this half an hour (or so) taken out from your "busy" schedule actually helps you to be more energetic throughout the day. I hope that I will continue to take this half an hour out ...

There's not too much time left for the mumbai marathon but I am sure its enough to get ready for a half marathon
