B.Sc. Food Technology - Is a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Technology. Typically, a B.Sc. is a three year course, minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate (10+2) in science. Food Technology is the study of applying food science to selection, preservation, processing, packaging, distribution, and use of nutritious and safe food. Subjects typically studied under this course are packaging technology, food microbiology, food chemistry and dairy technology.
