Reasons for the Survey:

"I have to appear for a test conducted by Manipal tomorrow, another by VIT on Saturday and then BITSAT on Wednesday. After that I'll have to travel to Maharashtra for two tests. I am completely held up this month. Can I talk to you sometime next month?" this is the reply got when a student was asked to give his views on multiple Entrance exams.

After the Supreme Court's approval on National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Exam for MBBS (NEET) and Post Graduate Medical courses, the government has now proposed to conduct a single test National Aptitude Test (NAT) for admissions to all Engineering and Technical courses.
