Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2018 – The Vadodara, Gujarat-head quartered Bank of Baroda has announced that there are 913 openings for the position of Specialist Officer, according to the recruitment notification. The vacancies are spread across scale 1, scale 2 and scale three disciplines of legal, wealth management services and sales and wealth management services operations, according to an India Today report.

  • Legal MMG/Scale-II has 40 vacancies and the pay scale is Rs.31,705 x 1145 (1) – 32850 x 1310 (10) – 45,950
  • Wealth Management Services – Sales MMG/Scale-II has solid 700 openings with the pay scale ranging from Rs.31,705 x 1145 (1) – 32,850 x 1310 (10) – 45,950
  • Wealth Management Services – Sales JMG/Scale-I has one opening with the pay scale ranging from Rs.23,700 x 980 (7) – 30,560 x 1145 (2) – 32,850 x 1310 (7) – 42,020

Eligibility

  • Legal Officer MMG/S-III: Bachelor Degree in Law and minimum five years of experience as Law Officer in Legal Dept.
  • Legal Officer MMG/S-II: Bachelor Degree in Law and minimum three years of experience as Law Officer in Legal Dept
  • Wealth Management Services – Sales MMG/S-II: 2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree or Diploma with specialisation in Marketing / Sales / Retail
  • (The Institute should be approved by Govt / Govt Bodies / AICTE) OR Graduation (recognised/ approved by Govt., Govt. bodies / AICTE) with one-year Diploma/ Certification in Banking / Finance before joining any private Bank/ Public Bank four years of experience in Sales / Distribution of Wealth / Mutual Fund / Insurance Products in Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFC’s etc.
  • Wealth Management Services – Sales JMG/S-I: Graduation in any stream and two years of experience in Sales / Distribution of Wealth / Mutual Fund / Insurance Products in Banks, Mutual Funds, NBFC’s etc.
  • Wealth Management Services – Operations MMG/S-II: 2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree or Diploma with specialisation in Marketing / Sales / Retail / Finance and five years of experience in working on Wealth Management Solutions.
  • Wealth Management Services – Operations JMG/S-I: 2 Year (MBA or equivalent) Post Graduation Degree or Diploma with specialisation in Marketing / Sales / Retail/Finance and three years work experience in working on Wealth Management Solutions for processing Wealth Products / Mutual Fund / Insurance Applications etc.
