IIFT 2019 –The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade otherwise shortly known by its acronym as the IIFT has commenced the issue of applications for aspirants who are willing to take up its MA programmes for the academic batch 2019 – 2021. Eligible Candidature: However, just as any certification courses would require, there are a few eligibility criteria that have been met in order to pursue the course. It is mandatory that candidates applying for any of the mentioned courses have secured a minimum of 50 per cent in their UG exams with economics as a mainstay subject. On the other hand, candidates from the SC/ST and PwD category background have relatively better leverage with their minimum cut off fixed at 45%.

Selection Process:   The candidates would be put through an entrance exam for the purpose of identifying ambitious aspirants. The shortlisted few would then be put through an interview round or a personality test – either of the two deemed necessary. The combined scores of the two tests (Exam & the Interview) would be considered for the merit list and the same would be made available to release based on which suitable candidates would be selected to go through with their selected courses.
