IIT Bombay declares result for Common Entrance Examination for Design 2019

The Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED 2019) result is out. The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT-Bombay) has uploaded the result on its official website, ceed.iitb.ac.in, as per IE report. The report further said that out of 5492 candidates, the number of students qualified the examination was 1165 and Divya Lohia from Delhi got the first rank with a score of 70.59, while Anurag Sachan from Kanpur bagging the second rank with 64.41 scores and Allen Antony Francis from Eranakulam secured the third rank with 63.77 scores.

Steps to download CEED Result 2019

  • Visit the official website, ceed.iitb.ac.n
  • Click the link, Score Card on the home page
  • Click on Log-In
  • Log-In using e-mail ID and Password
  • The result will appear on the screen
  • Download the result and take a print out for future reference

The candidates who had cleared CEED 2019 will be eligible to apply for M.Des courses at the IITs pan India. In addition to that, the IIT Bombay has also released the result for the UCEED 2019 Examination and those who have qualified in this examination can apply for B.Des courses, noted the report.

As per the report, Vishwaprasanna Hariharan from Mumbai, who had bagged the first rank in the examination, is already pursuing the same course at IIT Guwahati and eventually he attempted this examination only to gain experience. Hariharan secured 17th rank in the examination held last year and in 2019 examination, he had secured the first rank with 213.96 scores, added the report.
