BRIM’s campus off Tripunithura Hill Palace, has been set up in the year 2002 in the erstwhile royal estates of the Kochi Maharajas, to offer MBA programme. The course is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The campus has a heritage building with the magnificent elegance of royalty, providing the perfect ambience to mould the decision makers of tomorrow.

BRIM has state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities, highly dedicated team of faculty, innovative teaching techniques matching international standards, E-Learning facilities that will prepare the students to keep abreast of the changing business environment. Courses Offered

BRIM offers an AICTE approved two year full-time MBA Programme, affiliated to Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT).

BRIM follows semester system for the MBA programme and impart a comprehensive learning experience to the students through an interrelated system of continuous evaluation tools like case analysis, assignments, quiz programmes, mid-term tests, mini projects, oral tests, as well as a terminal written examination. A ratio of 60:40 weights are given for the terminal written examination and continuous evaluation. With a view to ensure continuous improvement in communication and presentation skills and to instill a sense of self confidence among the students, a well-structured individual development schedule is put in place during the after-noon sessions. The mental and physical health of the students is taken care of by a strict regime of yoga and meditation classes.

BRIM provides electives in five areas such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resource, Production and Operation Management and Systems. During the third semester the students are required to undergo an organizational study lasting for one month. The final, industry based project is scheduled during the fourth semester. To develop soft skills of every students we provide extra academic activities such as ‘Research Paper Presentation, Interaction with Corporate Executives, Journals Review, Case Study Analysis, News and Views, Business Quiz etc.

Eligibility for admission

Admission for MBA course is open, to all the candidates who possess a Bachelor’s Degree of minimum three years duration from any recognized University with 50% marks for general category students and 45% marks for students belonging to OBC category. Valid score in CAT/CMAT/KMAT is also essential for admission to the programme.
