UPSC Civil Services Main Examination Result 2018 Declared

UPSC Civil Services Main Examination Result 2018 – The Union Public Service Commission released the Civil Services Main Examination Result 2018 yesterday on its official website, upsc.gov.in, according to News18 report. The UPSC Main Examination 2018 was held during September-October this year. The official statement issued by the UPSC said, “On the basis of the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2018 held by the Union Public Service Commission from September 28 to October 7, 2018, the candidates with the listed Roll Numbers have qualified for Personality Test for selection to the Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service and other Central Services (Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’).”

The mark sheets of candidates who have not qualified will be put on the Commission’s website within 15 days from the date of publication of the final result (after conducting personality test) and will remain available for 30 days, the notification added.

Personality test of the selected candidates is likely to commence from February 4, 2019, and will be held at the office of the Union Public Service Commission at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi-110069.

How to Check the UPSC Main Examination 2018 Results:

  • Visit the official page of Union Public Service Commission at upsc.gov.in
  • Once the page opens, look for the link for ‘Written result (Main)’ on the right corner of the webpage
  • Click on the link. A new page begins with pdf carrying all the roll numbers of the selected candidates
  • Download the pdf and keep a print out of it for future reference

The DAF was uploaded on July 23, 2018, and the e-Admit Card was uploaded on September 10, 2018. The examination timetable was uploaded on July 21, 2018.
