HBSE Class XII Results 2019 Released
The Haryana Board results for Commerce, Science and Arts streams Class XII students have been announced yesterday at 3.00 P.M, according to NDTV report. The HBSE results have been announced for around 1.9 lakh students who had registered for the HBSE Class 12 or intermediate exams that was held from March 7 to April 3 this year. The HBSE Class XII results are declared first by the officials and later released on the official website of Haryana Board and also on its third party result partner India results, indiaresults.com. 74.48% students have qualified for higher education with the topper scoring 494 marks out of 500. In 2018, 63.84% qualified for higher education out of more than 2 lakh students who had appeared for the examination, noted the report.

Last year Haryana Board of School Education had decided to enrol students in Class VIII as well to minimize the malpractices in enrolment of students with the board. The board had taken this decision to check fake enrolments with the board. Quoting PTI, the report further said that many students qualify Class VIII through fraud means from other states and enrol themselves in the state for Class IX. The Haryana Board has not announced any date yet for the HBSE 10th results release. The Class X results for the exams held from March 8 to March 30 will also be released on the official website, bseh.org.in.
In HBSE Class X results last year, nearly 49 per cent of students failed in as per the result on May 21, even as the state authorities claimed that the result had improved marginally. As per the board, 51.15% of regular candidates or 186,586 out of 364,800 candidates who appeared have passed the examination in 2018. The pass percentage last year was 50.49%. Girl candidates did better in the results with 55.34% passing the examination while the pass percentage among boys was only 47.61%.
Haryana Board of School Education, Established in 1969 is now known as Board of School Education Haryana., is the authority which conducts the Public Examinations at Middle, Matric and Senior Secondary School levels annually in the state of Haryana through the affiliated schools. The Haryana Board conducts the annual examinations for Class VII, X and XII in the month of March. The Board had earlier held examinations twice in a year i.e. First Semester in September and Second Semester in March. The results are declared in month of May. BSEH also conducts Diploma in Education (D.Ed. two-year course every year. Apart from these tests, HBSE also holds the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) time to time for candidates to be eligible for teacher. The integral part of the HBSE, Haryana Open School (HOS) holds on demand examination, annual and supplementary examinations at secondary and senior secondary levels. The main aim of HOS is to provide education to all those who are beyond the reach of formal education due to any social, financial and other reasons.
