UPTET 2018 Admit Card released

UPTET 2018- The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board has released the UPTET Admit Card 2018 for the teacher eligibility test on its official website, upbasiceduboard.gov.in, according to NDTV report. The Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) Admit Card 2018 can be downloaded now for the examination, which is scheduled to be held on November 18, 2018. The UPTET recruits teachers in Government run primary and under primary schools. Candidates are advised to access the website as early as possible as the chance of the site slowing down due to heavy traffic.

How to download UPTET Admit Card 2018

Step One: Visit the official website of UP TET admit card download, upbasiceduboard.gov.in

Step Two: Click on the admit card link provided on the official website

Step Three: Enter your registration number on the next page open

Step Four: Submit the registration number and download UPTET admit card from the following page

The UPTET 2018 test was earlier scheduled to be organised on November 4, 2018. But, the exam has now been rescheduled for November 18, 2018.

UPTET Qualification of Primary Teachers (Class 1 to 5)

  • Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the intermediate examination.
  • Candidates who have completed their graduation or those who are studying in the 2nd year of BTC/ passed in an institute affiliated to NCTE.
  • Candidates who have completed their graduation or those who are studying in final year of D.Ed (Specialization) in an institute recognised by RCI.
  • Candidates who have completed their graduation or those who are studying in the 2nd year of BTC (Urdu)/ passed in an institute affiliated to NCTE.
  • Candidates who have completed their graduation or those who are in final year/ passed Diploma in Teaching from Aligarh Muslim University.
  • For Urdu Teaching: Candidates who have completed their graduation or those who are Moa’llim-e-Urdu degree holders from Aligarh Muslim University before August 11, 1997.
  • Candidates who are currently studying in the final year B.EL.ED.

UPTET Qualification of Primary Teachers (Class 6 to 8)

  • Candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the intermediate examination
  • Candidates who have completed their graduation or those who are studying in the 2nd year of BTC in an institute affiliated to NCT
  • Candidates who have completed their graduation/ post-graduation with the minimum of 50% marks or those who have passed or currently studying in 2nd year of B.Ed in an institute affiliated to NCTE
  • Candidates who have completed their graduation/ post-graduation with the minimum of 50% marks or those who have passed or currently studying in 2nd year of L.T. in an institute affiliated to NCTE
  • Candidates who have completed their graduation/ post-graduation with the minimum of 50% marks or those who have passed or currently studying in 2nd year of B.Ed (Specialization) in an institute affiliated to RCI
  • Candidates who have scored 50% marks in intermediate and who are presently studying in the final year or passed B.Ed
  • Candidates who are currently studying in the last year or passed B.S.C.Ed
  • Candidates who are currently studying in the final year or passed B.EL.ED.

Age

The age of the applicant must be between 18 Years and 35 Years. Candidates who belong to reserved categories would be given age relaxation as per the norms prescribed by the government. For UR category the age is 18-35 years, OBC 18-38 years, SC/ST 18-40 years and PH 18-45 years.
